Essentially we will be taking care of the ENTIRE turnover cleaning process…
Including:
-Making the beds.-Cleaning and putting away the dishes.
-Sweeping and mopping floors.
-Vacuuming carpets and rugs.
-Cleaning toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
-Taking out the trash.
-Wiping counter-tops, windows, door handles, and light switches.
-Laundry & Dishes: washed, dried, and put away
-Replace all Toiletries and other Supplies
-Check for damages, report, and replace low inventory - see details further below.

Periodic DEEP Cleanings
Although having your vacation rental cleaned between guest check-outs will keep your property looking fresh and tidy most of the time, it’s important to schedule periodic deep cleanings of your unit, too.
Deep cleaning services that can be included:
-Wiping baseboards.-Cleaning inside & under the washing machine, oven, and fridge.
-Shampooing carpets.
-Cleaning inside any cabinets.
-Any specialized cleaning of your bathroom tile grout, etc
-Cleaning closets and corners.
-Dusting Ceiling beams, high corners,
-Cleaning windows (inside and out) and Light fixtures as needed (inside and out).
Keep tabs on toiletries & Supply Inventory
Another important part of ensuring your guests remain satisfied is having your rental stocked adequately with toiletries and other supplies.
We can do a quick inspection, take inventory and notify you of anything that needs replacing or refilled before the next guest checks in (if on a full-service Management plan we will take care of this ourselves after reporting).

Home Damage Reports and Repairs
We don’t like to think about it, but damages happen, and correcting those damages quickly will be a huge factor in keeping your rental thriving.
If we find any damages or see any home elements that need attention we will send you a report and pictures, (if on the full-service Management plan, we will also collect estimates for contractors, submit them to you for approval, and see that the job/repairs get completed).
We want to prevent negative reviews from future guests and potential structural damage if we have yet to catch it soon enough.
All damages found will be recorded in an image form, which ensures that you have adequate documentation for reimbursement if you need to file a claim with your homeowner's insurance.
